KIDS’ BOXING
Encouraging kids to keep fit and have fun is a critical part of their wellbeing. That’s why we run dedicated kids’ classes for children of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. Our classes use boxing and Thai boxing as a peg to hang multiple fitness sessions on – meaning we can adjust the level for every single kid.
Our kids’ classes are hugely popular. Fun, great atmosphere, inclusive and positive – no ridicule, no bullying, just smiles and progress .
