LADIES’ BOXING
For that extra level of comfort we offer dedicated ladies’ classes for fitness, boxing, Thai boxing or a mix! We also run fitness classes inspired by boxing. So whether you’re setting foot in a gym for the first time in you life or you are fully into fitness, we got you covered.
People often think boxing gyms are elite macho hangouts where women aren’t welcome. Wrong.
Golden Team Gym is about family, we walk your journey with you. Every. Step. Of. The. Way.
We’re proud to say our family is firmly female friendly. A safe space for you to thrive – and our weekly ladies only classes are perfect for that (although you’re welcome to join the men)
We are home to girls form six-years-old, ladies looking to lose weight, women wanting to fight on competitivly and even a lady who fights and is blind. Legend.
Taking that first step into the gym is hardest – but it will be your best.
We offer dedicated one-to-one session for ladies here at Golden Team Gym.
You might just love a good fitness workout with the gloves on, throwin’ punches.
Or maybe you want to start down the track of competitive boxing.
Maybe – like many – you just want to get a bitt fitter and fee a lot better.
Our coaches will draw on their years of experience and tailor sessions to exactly meet your needs – after all, your goals are our goals.
Step into the ring with us and leave your doubts behind you.
